This machine is mainly used for PET bottle hot filling technology ,this machine will sterilize the caps and bottle mouth.Bottle inclination is 90.

sterilization time more then 30 seconds ,production capacity 5000-20000 bottles.
The machine is mainle used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps in which haven't been disinfected by thermal tea or juice which having been filled in PET bottle.
The machine mainly consist of chief conveying chain system, stand, bottle reversing guiding rod and bottle repositioning rod. Use its inner thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other hear source, so it can save energy. this machine is fully made of SS304 stainless steel, more convenient in operation.

Usage: This kind of sterilize is that the angle of bottle overturns to 96°or 110°in the process of transporting bottle ,and then the beverage uses its high temerature(higher than 80°)after filling to give the caps the final sterilization time can be adjusted in the scope of 30-40sec.as the requirement.Adopting impacted stainless steel chain and enduering high temperature plastic chain board.With the excellent features of compacted structure,convenient operation,and saving energy,this kind of machine is the best choice for tea,fruit juice hot filling cap-sterilizing product line.

Continuous spray sterilizing machine- this machine is suitable for fruit juice, tea, dairy beverage.After hot filling and capping , into the sterilization tunnel, the temperature rise by heating, reaching the pasteurization temperature, in the sterilization tunnel water under high pressure pump, the spray head evenly sprayed on the bottle body, the bottle slowly forward in the chain plate, a tunnel to reach room temperature, to achieve cooling purposes.
